RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Note: Since our products are custom printed, we only accept returns or replacements for items that are physically defective or incorrect. If your order is faulty, please submit a request with supporting photos to our email: info@josecollections.com.
1. CASES WHERE RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

You have selected the wrong size, color, or type of Canvas/Poster.

Your order was placed more than 12 hours ago.

The print quality is considered acceptable.

Order Processing Steps:

Customer places an order.

We process and print the order (1-4 business days).

Packing and shipping via UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. (4-6 business days).

If more than 12 hours have passed since placing your order, and it has entered production, we cannot cancel it. However, you can contact us to check the processing status.
2. CASES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:
2.1) RETURNS:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.2) REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
2.3) REPLACEMENTS:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect compared to the order.

2.4) ORDER NOT RECEIVED:

If your order has not arrived within 25 days for Canvas/Poster, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
