Thank you for your interest in Still Design. We are pleased to submit our quotation for the following design services.

Scope of Work

• Takeaway Plastic Cup Design

• Paper Coffee Cup Design

• Café Menu Design

Design Process

• Two (2) initial design concepts will be presented for each item.

• The client will select one (1) concept for further development.

• Up to three (3) rounds of revisions are included for the selected concept.

• Requests for a completely new design direction after concept approval will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.

Deliverables

• Editable AI source files.

• Print-ready PDF files.

• JPG/PNG files for digital use and preview.

• Artwork prepared according to professional printing standards.

Project Timeline

5–7 working days from the date:

• Project requirements are confirmed.

• The initial deposit has been received.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit upon project confirmation.

• 50% balance before delivery of the final editable files.

Exclusions

This quotation does not include:

• Logo design.

• Menu copywriting or content creation.

• Product photography.

• Hand-drawn illustrations or 3D artwork.

• Printing services.
